As a Case Manager, your responsibilities include supporting deaf and hard of hearing consumers through regular appointments and technical training, managing interpreter service requests and collaborating with agencies for optimal support, planning community education programs and assisting with independent living skills, providing referrals, and developing tailored programs for the community. Additionally, you may conduct public presentations on deaf culture and ADA accommodations and facilitate transportation for community events when available.
